Hello dear Marla. I was diagnosed with gallstones the other day. Went for a check-up/ scan/ ultrasound since lately, I have been experiencing very little pain/ heaviness/ fullness on the upper right side of my stomach after eating fatty foods. My GP said the scan showed multiple mobile stones and that the biggest one is 1 cm. Now I want to mention that a couple of months I started taking digestive enzymes and recently also started betaine too, which helps a lot and feel better digestion with them whatsoever. However, I still have some bloating.

Would you please tell me what would you recommend/ suggest taking for gallstones? GP asked me to put me on a list for surgery and definitely don’t want to go that route so please, please help. Thank you in advance and God bless you and your family

    Hello!

Unfortunately because you are a not a client i cant give aa protocol to completely clear out stones as it wouldn’t be safe to do so. However, I would advise trying ORGANIC grapefruit juice daily and LOTS of organic lemon juice (straight up or with some water)  to emulsify stones and add in olive oil as well. Rosemary tea may help too if you drink it consistently.

There is a gallbladder cleanse you can try but check with your doctor first to make sure it is safe for you. The cleanse is below:

Lemon juice and olive oil. This method involves not eating for 12 hours during the day and then, at 7 p.m., drinking four tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice — eight times every 15 minutes.
