Not sure if you would know what causes panic attacks and how to recover from them? Any tips on what could be done while in a panic attack? Thanks!

Panic attacks are related to SO MANY different causes. a few of several would be:

    • pathogens in the gut
    • hormonal imbalance between estrogen, progesterone and testosterone
    • Adrenal fatigue
    • insulin resistance/blood sugar imbalance
    • chronic inflammation
    • Nutrient deficiencies and essential fat deficiencies
    • Cellular toxicity
    • Past traumas
    • and many more

It is important to sit down and think about your health issues and where they are stemming from and then go from there. Very often it is a combination of all the above. During a panic attack, the best thing you can do is to DEEP BREATH! Taking very deep and slow breaths and exhaling slowly tells your body you’re fine and cortisol can calm down. Another thing you can do is put 10 drops of calm-gen from Genestra under your tongue when you feel an anxiety attack coming on. this could help to calm the nervous system. You want to address pathogens so doing some sort of pathogen/candida cleanse is recommended as well as draining liver and kidneys and replenishing nutrient deficiencies. lastly, incorporate TVNS (I ahve a guide and videos on this platform) to help improve the gut-brain connection.

    Hope this helps!
