ParticipantJust curious if you have much knowledge dealing with cellulitis. I tend to get it every now and then on the back on my right knee. Always on the same leg and same general area. I’m seeing a local homeopath for it as well but it’s not staying away this time. I keep getting a flare after about a week. Do you think it could be something in my diet that flares it? What all would you suggest homeopathically or anything at all and do you have any general thoughts about cellulitis? Thank you!! ❤

KeymasterHellos!
Yes is is very often a combination of weakened Th1 immune response, dysbiosis, inflamamtory diet, and poor liver and kidney elimination function.
I would suggest trying out the following with the approval of your healthcare practitioner. Keep in mind this is not all that needs to be done (lots of detoxing needs to take place) but MAY be a good starting point to start rebalancing the body. I dont know anything about your health history so i cant tell you what underlying things to address. Generally, these supplements help bring a bit more balance to the immune system but ALWAYS check with your doctor or healthcare practiioner to make sure they are safe for you.
Immune modulation
- Pure Encapsulations Th1 Support – 3 caps 2x/day
- Pure Encpasulations Th2 Modulator – 2 caps 2x/day
- Pure Encapsulation’s Liposomal vitamin C
- Genestra Amino NAC – 2 caps daily with protein meals
Antifungals
- Dr. Clark Olive Leaf Capsules – 4 caps 2x/day
- Black walnut capsules – 2 caps 2x/day
- Genestra HMF Intensive 500 – 1 packet daily with a bit of water with food (start slow if youre not used to probiotics)
Diet
avoid….
- gluten
- dairy
- all suagrs (even natural)
- refined an dprocessed foods
eat…..
- TONNES of organic green (dark) veggies
- lean proteins
- healthy fats
- SMALL amount of starch from buckwheat, quinoa, lentils, berries, squash
