    Hi!

I’d love to hear your opinion on chemical peels like retinoids, lactic acid, salicylic acid, l-ascorbic acid etc.

I am completely against them lol. I think they are far too aggressive and harsh on the body and requires so much healing which occupies the immune system. this is my opinion of course. I always prefer to be gentle with the body.

Yeah, I imagined they’d be bad. Good thing I didn’t already order anything lol.

I’ve found a store that sells only organic, vegan and cruelty free products in my country, which is great for my overall skincare. But I have no idea how to get rid of whiteheads and prevent them. If I’m not doing chemical peels, do you know what other options there are?

*Sidenote, though this doesn’t belong in this category, is there anything I can do to take chlorella in water without getting sick? I can barely handle the taste and smell. Is there anything else?

I would suggest gently exfoliating the skin. you can do this with a brush, sponge or exfoliating powder or cream (I love Lulo). I would also suggest using alcohol free witch hazel on the skin daily to clean the pores. Then apply an antioxidant serum such as a vitamin C serum from the body deli (if you can access something like this). DOnt forget though that acne and white heads are a result of internal issues so support your liver and digestion!

Yes, i KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN LOL ITS SO GROSS! You can get chlorella in capsule form or tablet form!
