If you are a healthy female, early 40s, previous athlete, about 15 pounds overweight and not as active in the last year (due to Cvid), and you are ready to hit the gym, hit the smoothies and salads, etc…how do you know where your drainage systems currently stand? My skin is ok, bowel movements at least once/day. Considering you want to make sure everything is flowing from the start, what things can you look at to assess if your liver/kidneys are draining properly? Also, are there markers on blood/urine tests that indicate issues with drainage? I really want to rev it up with protein and exercise, but not if I’ll cause a traffic jam lol.
Thanks!
