    Hello!

I don’t understand biofilms too well. I’ve watched all the videos in which you discuss them. So if I have high histamine in my body (IgE 800, used to be 2000, got allergies and asthma), is this an indicator of a biofilm? Are there specific biofilm disruptors for this?  I also have sibo, gerd, candida overgrowth and recurring yeast infections. Would NAC and curcumin be enough,  if I’m also starting the candida and parasite cleanse + biotherapeutic drainage?

if you have elevated IgE, it is not an indication of biofilms however if you have asthma, any recurring infections and SIBO you most likely have some sort of biofilms/dysbiosis. I would try lemongrass essential oil (only high quality – Young living or Ancient nutrition) and clove essential oil and pair it with NAC and antifungals. Take these for 1 month minimum and see how you feel. that being said, always check with your practitioner before ingesting oils or taking supplements! do not take curcumin during a candida cleanse or while trying to disrupt biofilms.

Thank you! I’ll pair the NAC and antifungals with one of those. And no curcumin, got it!

What biofilms disruptors do you recommend for recurring staph mrsa infection, please?

Typically witch hazel topically, oregano oil ingested and coconut oil ingested and topically. HOwever with staph you should be getting to the ROOT of the recurrence which is usaully weakened Th1 immune response so potentially taking berberine, baicalin, NAC or GSH can help but check with your doctor. you also should do a pathogen cleanse an dliver cleanse.
