Hi, I lost period after  candida cleanse, and losing few kilos. I am my normal weight now still lower carb to keep candida under control but mainly squashes in the evening with my main meal and some sourdough bread with butter after as I seem to tolerate it better than grains which I probably shouldn’t have because of gluten intolerance  but than I need I need to get periods back, however it’s been few months period hasn’t come back. Any advice please? Second question you talk much about root causes and I was wondering if there are any for erythrophobia chronic blushing and fear of it? Any tips how to control it? Thank you so much

If you lost your period, you are most likely extremely estrogen and/or progesterone deficient. You could try HPTP drops from genestra which are pituitary organotherapy homeopathic drops to help stimulate the pituitary gland. I would also suggest you try seed cycling (i have info under RESOURCES tab) and include a lot of fat in your diet, especially flax, chia and cod liver oil. Make sure you arent exercising too strenuously and try including carbs from buckwheat and quinoa rather than gluten. You may also need a multivitamin and thyroid support. I highly suggest working with a practitioner to get your period back as losing your period means there is something VERY out of balance hormonally.

For phobias, i think that is more a mental/emotional imbalance most likely occurring from some sort of event )trauma, stressor, etc) that happened in the past that triggered this fear. There are certain homeopathics for extreme phobias but those need to be selected off a host of symptoms which can only be done if youre a client. I dont do much psyhological work so am not the best person to give advice on controlling it sorry!
