    Hey Marla

Is it okay to have bone broth or bone broth protein if I have asthma and allergies? Aren’t those two too high in histamine?

    Also, is stir fry healthy?

While healing your digestive issues, for how long did you eat mostly cooked meals? Pureed, steamed, baked etc.

If I have a peptic ulcer, should I avoid doing warm lemon water in the morning? I’m going to do the parasite and candida cleanse form your book, as in all the supplements mentioned there. I’ve cut out dairy, gluten and gluten cross reactors, spicy  or citric foods. How long do ulcers usually take to heal naturally? I dont have an h.pylory infection. I’m going to be doing l-glutamine powder, aloe vera gel licorice root, marshmellow root, slippery elm, gelatin and collagen. Are there any other things that might help?

It depend son the person! some find it triggers symptom’s and others dont so i would say try some bone broth (chicken might be best) and see how you feel with it 🙂 Otherwise, gelatin seems to usually be a safe bet. Yes stir frys are great as long as they are made at home with good ingredients 🙂

I ate soft/cooked foods until i couldt tolerate cold and raw foods again. I would introduce them and if my bloating was gone then i would continue with them.

Yes avoid lemon with ulers. dont do betiane HCl with ulcer either. probiotics are good to add in as well but otherwise i think those supplements are great!
