How effective would an herbal protocol be for liver, kidney and gi detox? i don’t think i can go the homeopatic route so I’d like some sort of alternative. are there alternatives to undas homeopathics? they aren’t available in any shops from my country and they’d be too expensive from amazon.

If I can’t use the unda remedies, but I would like to use homeopathics for this first phase, what should I look for in other types of homeopathics?

Do I have to wait 1 month on purely liver/kidney drainage before starting the parasite and candida cleanse?

Would 3 day juice cleanses help with liver detox?

Herbs are quite hard on the liver as they require  alot of effort to be broken down and utilized and sometimes come with side effects. For this reason i dont recommend starting off with herbs. However if you arent able to get homeopathics (they are usually available in every country, just different brands), i would start with the below protocol for the liver/kidneys which is gentle and might not give you the results that homeopathics would but is certainly better than nothing 🙂

    *follow bottle dosages*

    -NAC (or glutathione)

    -Dandelion tincture (or capsule)

    -Liquid chlorophyll

-Aloe vera gel (fresh from leaf or supplement form)

-Probiotics (at least 50 billion human strains cfu)

    -Digestive enzymes (pancreatic)

-Hot lemon water (drink through straw)

-Choline and Bvitamins (helps support liver funciton)

You would need to find a homoepathic practitioner in your country to work with you as homeopathics are very specific and there are thousands to choose form. If youre doing homeopathic cleansing then no you can begin candida cleanse right away however if you’re doing herbs or the protocol above, you would want to wait at least 2 weeks to a month before beginning candida cleansing.

Green juice cleansing can be very beneficial but it may flare up your digestive issues so be careful with that.

Thank you so much! I found a shop that ships over to my country and finally decided to order the undas. So using homeopathics, I can do the Candida and parasite cleanse from your book as I start the kidney/liver detox, right?

Hi! I’ve kind of shaped out a plan for the next few months (following liver support and the candida cleanse from your book), but I’m not sure what to do for liver and kidney support after finishing both of the biotherapeutic drainage protocols you’ve share on here.

Homeopaths in my country work with only one remedy at a time and wouldn’t prescribe me something just for this specific purpose. I know you always say to detox your liver for at least one year and that the best method is through homeopathics, but I’m not sure what to do. Do you usually keep working with undas when focusing on this part with your clients? If I can’t continue on homeopathics, should I go the herbal route? Is gemmotherapy an option?

After completing the 16 weeks (4 months) of drainage here, you would want to continue preferably with Gemmotherapies however if you cant access those, then herbs might be a good option for you such as milk thistle, dandelion, NAC and burdock root but ALWAYS check with a practitioner before taking herbs to makes rue they are the right ones for you. I use mainly Gemmotherapies and UNDA #s for drianage.

Hi, Marla is Juniperus Communis Gemmotherapy and Juniper berry the same? Also, I did some liver detox with the herbs from renew life the two bottles of the two phases cleansing kit a while ago I was wondering this time around can I use  Juniperus Communis Gemmotherapy or the juniper berries (if same) for liver and kidney cleanse? btw these are the dosages that I found on some websites in Australia, (Juniperus Communis is available in 6c, 30c, 200c, 1m, 10m potencies) and it is very confusing to me which is what lol so yeah please help? I’m on the keto diet and Can it be taken just for cleansing? Thank you

Juniperus and juniper berry are not the same.  Juniper berry can be helpful for the kidneys but is more for conditions such as gout or rheumatoid arthritis rathe than ‘drainage’.

And those potencies are not what you are looking for. You are looking for a macerate not a homeopathic potentized remedy as they are COMPLETELY different. You will not be able to get the Juniperus communis Gemmotherapy from UNDA in Australia unfortunately as they dont sell it but if you can try looking for a product that is the exact same (ingredient wise) as the UNDA one.
