ParticipantI am very nervous. I heard a video of yours about biofilm and became desperate because last year I made three unsuccessful attempts to get rid of Candida. The last attempt was the last four months and I lost a lot of weight, and I discovered that I made many mistakes, including that I change many different antifungals every four days as recommended by an American specialist. Now, I’ve stopped my antifungals for ten days ,What do I do now? Should I rest for three months and start again? I do not do it alone I do it with my teenage son and he is tired of all this and depriving him of rice, potatoes, etc., because of my mistakes did I make camps of biofilms and my next attempts will be more difficult? What do you recommend? I am desperate and have failed every stage of my life 15 years because of bad breath bitter taste sputum , and I do not want this to happen to my son hè have also bad breath

KeymasterIts hard to know without knowing your full symptom picture and histamine but yes, not a good idea to keep changing remedies. I would pause everything for a couple weeks, then perhaps try again with a protocol.
For breath, try swishing with coconut oil mixed with spearmint and tea trea essential oil for 10-15 minutes daily then spit in the garbage. Also drink chlorophyll daily or some sort of green powder!

ParticipantI watched the video about the bio-film, but I did not understand it well because my English is not good. Can you summarize it for me, what antibacterial and antifungal do you suggest I take during my treatment for Candida? Should I take two or three types of antifungals and the same thing two types of three antibacterials during disinfection? And Can you write the names of it please?

KeymasterI unfortunately cannot summarize the entire video as it is was very heavy with content and I also don’t know what type of pathogens you have to recommend specific biofilms disrupters.
that being said, for candida, the following biofilm disrupters tend to work pretty well and you could take them all together:
- -Clove essential oil
- -Lemongrass essential oil
- -Arabinogalactans (from licorice root)
- N-acetyl-cysteine
With biofilm disrupters you also want to be on antifungals, the following are some options:
- -Olive leaf
- -Berberis
- -black walnut and wormwood
- Genestra fungisode or Can Albex 30X
I hope this helps!
