What could cause bumps to form (appearance like a milia bump) on random spots on one’s body. They started with a 1 random bump on the hand, to 3-4 around that first bump within a few weeks and now spread to a few bumps on one ankles and wrist. They are not itchy at all. The person who has them eats very clean (no gluten, no refined sugar, only buckwheat and quinoa in grains, and in dairy its cheese like once or twice in a year, and goat milk). This person also did your basic homeopathic drainage and candida cleanse a few months ago. These bumps are not itchy at all. Are there any tests that you recommend?
Milia is USUALLY caused by a virus. They could have contracted the virus from someone or could have had it dormant in their body and no it flared up perhaps to detoxing too quick, or stress, or something else. they could go for a blood test with their doctor but usually milia goes away on its own after a while. I would do binders, continue very clean low carb diet, probiotics, Amino NAC, sleep good, etc.
