My cousin is experiencing hair loss at the bottom on her hair. large bald patch, doctors are saying Alopecia.  What can cause alopecia? How to make it stop or reserve it? Thanks

IM not sure what you mean by ‘at the bottom of her hair’ but Alopecia is a VERY complicated autoimmune disease and there is A LOT she would need to do to tackle it. I highly suggest working with a practitioner who understand autoimmune processes sooner than later.

There is often a combination of acidity in the body, poor emunctory function, too much histamine, nutrient deficiencies, immune dysregulation, leaky gut, dysbiosis, perhaps viral/parasitic overgrowth, food allergies/sensitivities, heavy metals, etc etc etc.

To start, if she hasn’t already, i HIGHLY SUGGEST she immediately cuts out all gluten, dairy, sugar, nightshades, and any processed or refined foods if she wants to sow the progression. Hope this helps!
