If you haven’t seen it, an article by Marianna Castells, MD PhD, who is a mast cell researcher at Brigham was published in the NEJM last week.  It outlines the vaccine additives and speaks about the issue of anaphylactic vs anaphylactoid responses.  Here is a link if you haven’t seen it.  There is  chart toward the end that outlines the additives in each if it is useful for you as you sort through them (when we have options), or decide if it will be safe for you if you have known history of anaphylaxis to the agents:
