    Hi Marla,

    I know you love Young Living, i do too 🤍 . I am asking for my sister in law. She would like to use essential oils internally, i told her about YL, but she would like to know what other options are out there that are high quality and safe to ingest. Brands that shipp internationally.

    meanwhile I’ll try to convince her to try out YL 😅

    Hey!

    I first of all, dont know of any brands that ship internationally except young living. As far as ingestion goes, I wouldnt recommend any brands (and ive tried many) as their extraction process ends up with a toxic oil not ideal for ingestions. The only brand I would suggest is Young Living for ingestion or Ancient Nutrition (however they dont ship internationally).
