    Hello!

I was wondering if you have any suggestions for endometrial polyps? The doctor mentioned possibly taking progestin but do you think thereโ€™s a better and more natural alternative? Thanks so much!

Endometrial polyps are usually a result of hormonal imbalance (perhaps PCOS) and and poor liver function. Perhaps doing liver and kidney drainage while working on balancing female estrogen. Usually fibroids, cysts and polyps are triggered by too much xenoestrogens which are very toxic so you want to pull that out with DIM and liver support. I usually suggest supplements like DIM & Detox, Liv complex, Metabolic XTRA , UNDA Biotherapeutic drainage, licorice root tea, and cutting out ALL sugar and starches. Obviously check with your practitioner before supplementing and understand that when it comes to shrinking polyps naturally, it can take time ๐Ÿ™‚

These are just suggestions as I dont know your health history so always be sure to do your own research and check with your current practitioner ๐Ÿ™‚
