One more thing that it’s says inside the safety use and care instructions that worry me is Henckels aluminum nonstick cookware and I know aluminum is not safe ,so what is your thoughts on that?

    Hello,

Yes absolutely avoid aluminum at ALL COST.  I use only stainless steal for stovetop and then glass or ceramic for the oven.

I have my eyes set on this company one day. they are expensive but seem great and ive heard good things 🙂 https://www.carawayhome.com/pages/about

    Hello Marla,

I checked the website and it says that Caraway is nonstick cookware that is made of heavy gauge aluminum with a stainless steel base and stainless steel handles. They’re coated with mineral ceramic.

Are they safe because they’re coated with ceramic? They have nice a design to them but are pricy.

Yes I believe so., I called the company and they said you wouldn’t have aluminum leaching because of the ceramic coating. HOWEVER, you should do your own research and call them and discuss it to make sure it is truly non-toxic before using 🙂
