Hello! I’m new here and thanks for having me 🙂

I just watched your video on Th2 dominance and biofilms and am certain that I have both problems.  I battle recurrent UTIs and want to know what type of disruptor you’d recommend and what type of antibiotic to take with it (if any)?  Antibiotics from my doctor now cause me joint pain (likely from leaky gut) so I’m very serious about eliminating this problem before I get another UTI.  I have dysbiosis so I’m currently doing a liver detox (lemon water & fasting, bone broth, teas) and then I plan to move towards gut repair.

    Thanks so much!

Hi Rachel and welcome to the platform! I hope you enjoy it 🙂

Usually people with recurring UTIs have biofilm issues.

I would actually suggest a candida cleanse which can help to balance dysbiosis in the body. I also would suggest olive leaf tincture or capsule along with liver and kidney drainage (under RESOURCES TAB) however please check with a doctor before taking the suggested supplements because obviously, you aren’t a client so i dont know your health history or anything and dont want to suggest something that can be harmful. Vitamin C and chlorophyll are great to take too. AT the end of the day, recurring UTIs are from poor kidney elimination, pathogenic imbalance (viruses and bacteria) and too much acidic toxicity usually coming from glyphosate, stress, diet, drinks, medications, etc. Eat only ORGANIC and drink lots of water too with high dose probiotics.

    Hope this helps!
