Question about stevia, the products that have Stevia listed as an ingredient how do you know if it’s a green or healthy stevia vs processed, for example : Smart sweets, Zevia drinks.. What are you thoughts on those products and how can we tell what kind of stevia they are using? thanks 🙂Companies never use green stevia as it will make the product green. If it says stevia leaf then it is the green. if it just says stevia, then it is the processed white powder and usually when they stevia leaf extract, they are referring to the liquid. The only way to be sure is to call or email the company. Most use powdered stevia.
