Some naturopaths are able to clear food sensitivities, making them edible again to you and don’t make you flare or react anymore as you would have before. I have had this done in the past, now I wish I could explain the technique for everyone but its like muscle testing, its hard to explain.
What is your take on clearing food sensitivities? worth the money? do you believe in it?

You can 100% clear food sensitivities, absolutely! There are a few methods. 1 is with isotherpay (a form of homeopathy), 2 is with Bioenergetic intolerance elimination and 3 is by eliminating the trigger foods for 6 to 8 weeks and reducing inflammation in the gut.

Amazing!! Does eliminating the food triggers for 6-8 weeks work for someone with autoimmune, or doesn’t someone with autoimmune always react to that particular food?

if it is an allergy you can reverse. If it is a sensitivity, you can reverse it however if you have autoimmune it means you will always have some degree of inflammation and eating foods that are naturally inflammatory will always trigger a strong response just because they are inflammatory in and of themselves.

interesting! What food sensitivity test do you recommend again? I remember in one of your videos a long time ago you mentioned something about not liking a certain kind or something along the lines of them not being completely accurate if you haven’t eaten the food recently. Something like that lol

i recommend the ELISA test if possible! Cyrex Labs Array 10 (needs to be ordered through a practitioner) is great!
