    What could cause blood vessels in our eyes to break? Should one be concerned if they get this issue every couple of months?

    Changes in blood pressure usually trigger this. It could come from inflammation within the cardiovascular system, (arteries, veins, or liver) or it could be from overexertion (straining, etc).
