Hi lovely. Im wondering if you can explain to me the difference between the different chlorophlls. I see some say Sodium Magnesium Chlorophyllin and some say Chlorophyll Sodium Copper. Which is the safest? No idea the difference. If you can please explain to me. Lol.

Also on that subject, is chlorella tablets or liquid chlorophyll better??

they are all similar it just depends which type of algea or plant it is extracted from. What you really want to know is whether it is heavy metal free. Some brands gave testing does an some don’t. I like Pure le natural chlprophyll or genestra liquid chlorophyll.

Chlorella is better for binding to toxins such as mold and heavy metals and it contains lots of nutrients whereas chlorophyll is more of an alkalizer and colon cleanser. As far as liquid or tablet goes, it really is your preference:)

Thankyou. Your knowledge is amazing 🙂

So even if the chlorophyll says in its ingrediants “copper” its still safe? Cause I know your not suppose to have more than 1 or 2 mg copper suppliment. I bought few weeks ago World Organics Liquid Chlorophyll and says Sodium Copper Chlorophyllins 100mg. Safe? Especailly for liver, kidneys, ect.

I shouldve asked them about heavy metals… but soon I will defaintly look into the ones you like! 🙂

Yes most chlorophyll is copper. you’re only doing a few drops so its fine unless you have copper toxicity. You can take zinc if you’re worried.
